[ANN] BIG Valentina update 1.9.8b8 and VServer 2a13.

I don't want to rain on the parade, but it looks like the new VCOM.dll
was not included in the ZIP file...  The time stamp on the 1.9.8b8 is
still from 5/28/2003, and I cannot find the new function EscapeString
either... however, it looks like all the examples have been updated...
