[V4RB] How to detect if database is already opened?

Hello all,

I need my application to detect if a database is not already opened by
another application.
Because if I try to open an already opened vdb, ReabBasic (or the compiled
application) will crash without even returning 'false'.

This would be very helpfull especially when my application is running under
Windows where the same application can be launched several times.
