xml dumping and windows....

	Sorry for the delay...
	I have an xml file that was created by the mac OSX version...works 
flawlessly on the mac but fails on windows.  I could send you that...just tell me where 
to...Do I attach it to an email like the one I am writing now or send it to you @ your 
sunshine address?

And before send to me, please check if this part cause problems to you.
IF yes, then I can test only it and ignore your second part with records.

Here are the ten error windows that are created when I try restore the xml file on a 
windows machine.  It did not matter whether the xml file is created on a mac or a 
windows machine....the errors were the same...as follows..

1) getEncodingIndex
2) no message...empty error window
3) getEncodingIndex
4) no message...empty error window
5) getEncodingIndex
6) ISO-8859-1
7) XmlParseXmlDecl:
8) windows then opens up a window with the xml file text displayed
9) OldEncoding: 269257024
10) NewEncoding: 269257568

..the next is..
.....no db file restored faliure but that one belongs to me.....
