[V4RB] HEEELP! My .vdb file wouldn't be opened!

No, I don't.

The application was running fine; its database was opened with no apparent
problem.
I had to close my application and then, when I relaunched it :
    thedatabase.open(f) = false
    -39 error

My application is not that reliable, but I never lost my .vdb file.
For this case, everything was going fine till I lost the .vdb file, as
explained.
