[ANN] new V4RB and V4RB_Client uploaded

Hi everyone,

I downloaded this (V4RB 1.9.8b11) and I get a crash when trying to 
perform a simple SQLSelect. I have tried both with and without the 3 
new parameters. Can anyone else verify this? The same code used to work 
as late as b8 or b10.
