In fact this is very nasty bug of CW 8.3

Just few days ago we have move some project to other computer and get the
same problem. And that computer DO HAVE Win support installed

I have export project into XML (lucky that I was able at least open it.)
Import to new project but very soon this new project also start throw this
kind of error.

Solution was unbelievable.
After XML import I have change order of few paths in the Access Paths panel.
Now CW was happy.

Strange.

I will read your other questions later.
