[V4RB] Problem with Update and binding

Hi Ruslan!

I have a problem with an ...SQLExecute("Update .... :1 where ... = :2",
Bind) with binding. It is simply not working. If I am concatenating the
whole string it works as expected.
An "Insert" is working fine, but an "Update" not.

The problem is that I tested this with 1.9.7b6 and 1.9.7b1. For the first
one you have written that you had disabled this for OS X, but not for the
last one.
