[ANN] Valentina 1.9.7 release.

Hi Guys,

You can download 1.9.7 RELEASE products.

This release:

1) introduce V4MD Carbon for Director MX
2) fix Classic targets
3) introduce new features in C SDK, because we need them in Valentina PHP
4) introduce Valentina PHP and Valentina JDBC betas.
5) fix bugs.

Note, the main reason to make this release right now, Is that we need start
do some changes in our projects for integration to Valentina Server.
