[V4RB] Binds in SQLExecute

Excuse me but I didn't had the time till know to test it. Together with
4.5.3 it works without any problem.

My application itself has huge problems with 5.0, but I will test if I see
problems there.

... After making a few tests, I can say that I don't have problems with
binding in RB 5.0b7. Thank you!
