[V4RB] BaseObjects not being created

G'day Folks

I'm getting some mysterious nil object errors & during debugging I 
inserted these lines just after creating the database ...

   msgBox str( gxbDB.errNumber ) + ", " + gxbDB.errString
   msgBox str( gxbDB.baseObjectsCount )

For the first I get "0, No error" & for the 2nd I get "0" i.e. no 
tables.

I inserted the same lines in my workings of tutorials 1 & 3 which gives 
the same result for the first msgBox & "1" or "2" respectively for the 
2nd.

Search as I might I can't see any differences between my work project & 
my tutorial projects that would cause the tables to be created in the 
tutorial projects but not the work project. Any pointers?
