[V4MD] Work wit BLOB/Text fields

Hi Ruslan,

Ok, but mostly I change exist records, so the unused space will be
increased.
But now, I try a other way to change the BLOB-fileds.
I think I will delete the changed record and than I add as an new record.
I hope, this will solve my problem.
