error 362, RecordNotFound

What exactly does an error 362 RecordNotFound mean?

  I am executing a SQL update statement and I get this error when I 
run it from RB5 a9 but if I copy and paste the update statement and 
run it from Valentina Studio on the same database file it works fine.

Any idea what/where I should look to fix this?
