Hi,

1) ReadOnly flag should be not false, but ReadWrite value.

2) may be you specify client-side cursor ?
    such cursor ALWAYS is read only, even if you ask it to be ReadWrite


Your command should looks as

    SqlSelect( query, kV_Server, kv_ReadWrite, kv_Random )
