This error means that OTHER Valentina server is running and use that
address.

I have look on your picture.

It seems you try to run Vserver in the terminal window.
But I 100% sure that it is running right now as service.

You need in the terminal window, do TOP.
See id of Vserver.

Then do in terminal

    kill -3 ID

This will stop server as service.

    THIS OPEEATION is DESCRIBED in the Vserver.PDF


And now you will be able run it from terminal
