V4RB Client Problems

Rusian:

OK...I've got the right one...this is the one with RB2 example in it 
called Single Table.  Single Table sample opens fine, just like my app 
does, but Single Table cannot add records, which is the problem I'm 
still having.  I can create the database OK, except for one time the 
database was created with NO table in it.  That hasn't happened since, 
but every time I try to add a record, my app crashes.  Single Table had 
the two Panes methods commented out.  I uncommented them and tried to 
add a record.  This crashes too with a Bus error.
