Delay with VXCMD build

Hi guys,

We have work hard on Vserver and bugs.

We have finish modifications that many dbs work inside of one logical
connections. 

We have update C++ client and V4MD_Client to support this.

Tomorrow I will update V4RB_Client and VXCMD_Clinet for this new way.

Also I will need modify docs.
And make examples.

So I am sorry, today VXCMD_Client is not ready yet.
