[FIXED] one bug in VarChar

Hi All,

[BUG] was visible in VarChar but bug in EmbeddedFile. If after many Write()
do SetLength() with little reduce we get big problems in file system.

One bug is fixed.

But wow!

I see second bug also. Happens on Delete records from big table with
VarChar.
