I think we can easy implement on kernel level for 2.0

    Table.Duplicate( "NewTableName" )

This will also works for cursors.

Your talk about 

    curs = curs1.Union( curs2 )
    curs = curs1.Intersect( curs2 )
    curs = curs1.Except( curs2 )

I wonder, if you really will need on cursor level,
If this will be implemented in SQL ?
