Just for sure.

IF in example is written syscatalog+"bla.vdb" then you MUST have database
bla.vdb in the sys catalog when you try register it.


One more ideas!

I see here syscatalog+"bla.vdb"
Question is: does syscatalog contains delimiter '\' for windows?
