Vserver: added VServerSide Bulk cursor

Hi All,

Igor have implement new type of cursor.

IT is a ServerSide, cursor that is ReadOnly always,
and which loads N records at once.

This can reduce overhead of network.

For now this cursor have buffer in 50 records.
And it cannot be changed.

When we will get server based on 2.0 API,
We will be able change buffer size.
