Vserver Win Does not work here

It's definitely not used by another process, and I'm not sure how to tell 
whether it's damaged, so ...

When I deleted it and re-started the service manually it worked (ie. the 
service remains running and the 'master.vdb' that I deleted is re-created).

This was probably all my fault, as I copied the 'master' database from an 
earlier beta (a6) of the server.
