Terrible.

1) we need somebody else have try Vserver on Windows

2) Igor, I don't know.
Try set on your computer not admin rights and see what happens.

3) may be you can add some diagnose messages.
Although versver.log is created on the same start !!!
How it can be not created...

Igor, I know Fred use old Server a20
Can its prefs or something block us ?
