In search of a lost "ini" (was re: ann Vserver)

of course i found lots of "ini" files but we are talking about 
"vserver.ini" so if I say I couldn't find any then I mean 
"vserver.ini" even though I do a search for ".ini", "vserver.ini" or 
"vserver". ;?)

Should I be looking for anything else??
