installing of new win server

Hi all,

one important step which is not mentioned in the readme:

Yoe MUST execute the installation as Administrator - otherwise it will 
fail!

I have successfully installed the Win Server on Windows 2000 Pro - it 
runs fine as a service
and i can connect from vStudio.
