MBS works for LargeBinaryStram

Hi Ruslan:
	I guess I worked too long last night...
As I said, for some reason I could not get OpenAsLargeBinaryStreamMBS to restore 
the same stream as textinputstream.readall from RB.

	I was incorrect...the same code restores from either function.

	So, does solution that handle the upper size limit problem with the 
textinput.readall that you referred to or must I still figure out a way to split up the 
dump files to be sure to not fail on the read.
