[ANN] 1.9.8 RELEASE and docs.

Hi All,

Today night was uploaded 1.9.8 RELEASE
And updated all API reference docs.
Only VJDK yet on the way.


This was hard release because there was changes in API in the major part --
SqlSelect()

I was need update and check all examples in all products,
All docs.

I assume still can be some glitches in OUR examples.
Please download 1.9.8 release early and check on your projects.
IF some glitches present in examples let me know.

Also note, that docs was updated for new API.
