Win98 client o MacOS server

Client on win98
Server on OSX Server 10.2.1
Using the single table
The win and mac client both compiled at the same time
Trying open from the win client returns a 1004 (invalid Database name).
It is however the same as the Mac client because they're both the same code.

the log states
accept new connection (14)
	ERROR: #1004 (invalid Database name)
closing connection(14)
