Hi Ruslan,
I am not getting any success with this version. I cleaned all logs (console and the log file) and I am now getting the "Error 9" message. Strangely, it appeared to work once with my projects (1st attempt) but now it is just giving the "Error 9" message. I have tried different database locations...the "master.vdb" is getting created ok and the server will not lauch if I do not have a valid SystemCatalog path....so everything is checking out ok.
I have gone back to the Alpha 2 client code to test and it is doing the same thing (it was working with the previous verson of the server).
Strangely for Logging mode 2 & 3 I do not get the error reporting in the log file....but it does appear in the console log (see differences below).
As a additional request, would it be possible for the server to report the particular version (eg. "2.0 alpha 5"). This is useful to determine the server version running.
