CwCVS, how make it to work?

Hi Jochen,    

I wonder if you use cwCVS ?

We cannot run it.,

It always say that we must define CVROOT env variable or use -d option.
We have made this variable, but it still not work.

Its edit fields are disbled, so we cannot enter user/password?

What is your way with work of CVS ?
We need 

    CVS based on MacOS X

    clients from CW and Visual
        on both MAC and win ... and later Linux.
