Size of elements in a report different

Hi,

I have a report problem which I really cannot understand.

I have 2 report, both with A4 paper size, same margins, etc.
One has a headline in Arial size 24 which takes around 2/3 of the width
(from 2 cm to 14cm).

Now I copied this to the other report. there the same headline goes from
2cm to 17cm. also everything appears larger. zoom is 100% on both.

What can this be?
