ODBC & High Ascii

Hello list,

I'm trying to import database from MS Access to Valentina Studio.
When i import via ODBC all high ascii characters is broken (ex: 161,
191 - replaced with "?").  But if i save Access table as a text in
UTF-8, and then use Import Ascii option in Valentina Studio, all
chacacters in place.  But this way is longer, why it doesn't work with
ODBC?

I'm using latest beta of VS  (4.0 sep 28).  Release version (3.5.2)
doesn't do ODBC import at all, after import only empty lines is
inserted in database.
