Viewing VStudio Help Seperately

I'm building my first VDB thru VStudio.

I'm trying to step thru the New DB help instructions while viewing the New
DB dialog.

But it seems I can't scroll down the help page while the dialog is open.

Does anyone know how to open the help separately?

As in non-model, etc.
