[ANN] Vstudio win 2.3 fc10 uploaded

Hi Ruslan

The new build works - almost.
There are 2 new issues now though.

When I start the app, I get a Valentina Studio error:
	'Can't find C:\ ..... vStudio.htb'. Help willn't be available'
I can click OK to continue using the program.


Also, when I browse a v1 database, the data displays OK but when I close
this window, the application crashes.
