[ANN] Vstudio win 2.3 fc10 uploaded

VS opens fine now, and opens 1.x files.

Last build's DataBrowser column error is also repaired.

The installer may still be missing other files. WXP message:

"Valentina Studio Error
Can't find C:\Program Files\Valentina Studio\Resources\help\vStudio.htb.
Help willn't available."


(BTW should read "Help won't be available.")
