[ANN] Valentina Studio 2.3 fc8 for Windows ERROR messages

I followed these steps, but continue to get this message when trying to open
a DB:

Failed to load shared library 'C:\Program Files\Valentina
Studio\Plugins\vs_plugin_kernel_1.dll'

The vs_plugin_kernel_1.dll file is inside the plugins folder.

> Please download archive again.

I'll try this instead.
