[ANN] Valentina Studio 2.3 fc8 for Windows ERROR messages

I tried to install the latest VS but get the following error messages when
trying to start it:
I have also installed Valentina for Director, Win32  2.3 b2.
I also tried deleting vsPrefsDB.xml.
