[bug3] open by double click open db second time

Ruslan,

you can see self this very old bug in kernel:

- Close vStudio and also make sure that no db's will be open on start.
- Doubleclick on a .vdb file SOMEWHERE on your HD (not inside vStudio folder)
-->> kernel will throw exception
(because kernel can not find its files when it is started from different
location)
