[bug3] open by double click open db second time

This will lead to a crash - sooner or later - i guess ..:-)

Well - so vStudio must add some check if db is already opened.
I wonder: Kernel opens db as read/write, right? And this works
two times?
Well - in any case we must have some check - because i remember on
OS X we can get problems with this.
On the other hand: Can't this check be moved into the kernel itself?
It seems to be usefull for all products..
