[Valentina-studio] [ANN] Version 1.0a45 available

Hi Martin,

we will start sales of Valentina Studio Beta next week, i think.
The current build a45 has some problems wich we first want to fix!

Several users have reported crashes - and i am currently debugging this
issues..
