It does appear to be related to 2 Browsers, and is easily reproducible on my
machine (W2k). I do the following:


__TEST 1__
1. Leave Startup.js untouched, with 2 OpenNewSchemaBrowser() calls
2. Launch V-S, get 2 Browser windows
3. Connect to an ODBC datasource (both windows still open)
4. Ctrl-W to close the Db
5. Try opening it again, V-S locks up


__TEST 2__
1. Leave Startup.js untouched, with 2 OpenNewSchemaBrowser() calls
2. Launch V-S, get 2 Browser windows
3. Close the topmost Browser window
4. Connect to an ODBC datasource
5. Ctrl-W to close the Db, V-S crashes with Unhandled Exception,
Abort/Retry/Ignore


__TEST 3__ (similar to TEST 1)
1. Edit Startup.js, commenting out 2nd OpenNewSchemaBrowser() call
2. Launch V-S, get 1 Brower window
3. Connect to an ODBC datasource
4. Ctrl-W to close it
5. Try opening it again, V-S locks up
