WIN 1.0a60 close all error

Hi

With the latest version of vStudio 1.0a60 (and previous versions) it crashes
when I 'close all' after working on a Vserver database.
After the crash I can no longer connect with vStudio. I have to restart the
Vserver service.

Also, in the recent server folder, all connections show the IP address. If I
have several services running on the same IP I can't see which connection is
which. It would be nice to be able to rename the connections or include the
port number in the connection name.
