[Valentina-studio] [ANN] Build a40 (Mac) available

Hi Ruslan,

you must click on the "save" button in the lower right corner of the 
DataBrowser - otherwise the
record will not be saved!
These "glitches" will be fixed for the next release - i am aware of 
them.
