URGENT - "please help" Setting date format in Livecode

Removing the PLIST file did not help. I still can't get an install of
vServer to complete. I guess I'll wait until anyone has more suggestions
for me to try as I'm not excited about erasing this hard drive,
reinstalling the system and going from there.
