URGENT - "please help" Setting date format in Livecode

Well we are getting closer. I did a clean install on another computer with
everything new and it works fine. So something is wrong with the install,
either the vServer install or the V4REV install that I did on this machine.
 Very odd that some problem with install would affect the date settings and
nothing else.  I'm going to delete the V4REV install on this machine and do
it again and see if that fixes it as I suspect that is the culprit.

Thank you for trying to help. I don't think it will be possible to find the
route cause of the problem...
