* [NEW][VSERVER] now can send crash logs by email from your computer
                            to Paradigma Team.

* [NEW][VSERVER] now has one more log file from VREPORT.DLL.
        idea of this log -- to print any errors when VREPORT builds report.
        First of all errors from SQL commands.
        Problem is that while in Vstudio you see them in the console,
        but if you generate a report from ADK engine then nope.


* [NEW][VStudio] -- ADMIN -- Log files

    a lots of polish, significant improve of VSERVER SQL commands,
    to allow to Vstudio show NICE log files from vserver/log ..
    You can see active logs in the mode TAIL,
    also you can see files in simple scrollable mode.

    Much more transparent work with log files, than you can find
    in other tools, e.g. phpAdmin or Navicat.


* [IMP][Vserver + VStudio][SNMP]

    Improved and extended SNMP commands that VSERVER supports.
    This allow improve "dialog" of Vstudio and Vserver.

    IF you use ValentinaStudio with your VSERVER, it is very recommended
    to enable SNMP port in the VSERVER.ini


* [POLISH][Vstudo] - Data Editor

    a lots, just a lots of polish in Data Editor and Related Data Editor,
    for all DB engines.

* FIXED few bugs in REPORT Engine.


* FIXED whole in Vstudio inspector, which could allow set parameters of
VSERVER INI file into useless values.


* FIXED  - Vstudio - DIAGRAMS

    when we adding tables, sometimes links did not show
    and few minor issues.
