1) convert this DECIMAL number into HEX before search in the XML


2) you can use right in Valentina Studio SQL editor simple SQL command

     SHOW VERRORS

To get full list of errors from all existed XML files ...

IT is possible even to use
 SELECT ( SHOW VERRORS) WHERE fld_number = 365829
