Server console messages

Since a while I'm getting lot's of messages in the console like the following:

18.06.12 11:32:18,886 com.apple.launchd: (com.paradigmasoft.vserver_x64) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds

How do I get rid of those? Is the server still administered in the control panel of the system preferences? That doesn't do anything. And that server is still running since >40 years or so.
