[ANN] 5.0b36 VSERVER + VSTUDIO

Be sure everyone knows that you have to reboot your computer after
installing this new vServer and vStudio. I sent Ruslan some interesting
screenshots that you get if you don't.  Also after rebooting the computer I
got a pop-up asking for the root password for vServer which is a first.
