Apple do not think so :-)

XCODE 4.3 and even 4.2 (12 months old)  DO NOT support 10.5 SDK.


Can I ask you install on that 10.5.8 MAC
TeamViewer app and send me off list
   login passw for it

I will try check your mac to see what is wrong.
