* 10 days of work and 200 commits into SVN overall.

* Vstudio have now new Start Page, which joins work with
      projects/reports,  dbs and servers.


* improved speed of vkernel in few major places,
  in particular in JOINs.



* V4REV - now must be able work with LOCAL and REMOTE dbs in the same time.
